Active Naval Directive 15AP-01 was issued 15 April 2015 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This order establishes and organizes Carrier Division 611 within the Sixth Fleet and appoints Commodore Melyssa Smith in command.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the 611th carrier Division comprising the HMS Pegasus, CLAC-26; HMS Hydra, CLAC-19, and HMS Bravery, CL-21. In addition I do hereby direct Commodore Melyssa Smith to take command of this unit and proceed to her assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Sixth Fleet Commander and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 15-Apr-2015.
