RE: Fleet Order 2205-02 - Awarding of Navy/Marine Commendation Decorations
By my authority as Commanding Officer - Tenth Fleet, upon the recommendation of the Commanding Officer - HMS Eardsidh Kamerling CL-717, and with the approval of the Awards Department, I hereby award the Navy Commendation Decoration to Petty Officer Second Class Erin Murphy RMN 6370-20 with the following citation:
Erin Murphy participated in the IAN Course Challenge event and earned more points in it than anyone else on her ship.
By my authority as Commanding Officer - Tenth Fleet, upon the recommendation of the Marine Detachment Commanding Officer - HMS Eardsidh Kamerling CL-717, and with the approval of the Awards Department, I hereby award the Marine Commendation Decoration to First Lieutenant Patricia Foss RMN 5153-18 with the following citation:
1st Lieutenant Patricia L Foss is hereby awarded the Marine Commendation Decoration for her excellence in the recent IAN 2022 Course Challenge. She showed her dedication by completing the most courses of the MarDet Eardsidh Kamerling during the challenge and helped the HMS Eardsidh Kamerling take the 10th spot of every participating chapter.
Congratulations to both PO2 Murphy and 1LT Foss, and well done.
