To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps and Army From: Chrissy Killian, Commander 10th Fleet, Admiral of the Green, Baroness, Fontana Flats Re: 10th Fleet Staff Promotions By my authority as Commander 10th Fleet, I hereby grant the following promotions, effective as of July 13, 2014: Captain James Sena to Commadore There in, Captain Sena, you are brevetted to Commadore until such time you meet the requirements of said rank set by the Admiralty House. Corporal Joe Cahill to Colonel There in, Corporal Cahill, you are brevetted to Colonel until such time you meet the requirements of said rank set by the Admiralty House. Congratulations.
