Vice Admiral Harper:
You are hereby directed to proceed aboard Template:Rmms, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of First Officer, relieving Kapitän der Sterne Kay Downing, IAN (RMN-0059-10), in service to the Empire.
The above directive is effective on this date, 9 October 2025.
Based upon the requirements of the service you are hereby voluntarily reduced to the rank of O-6b Captain of the List until such a time as you are relieved of the responsibilities of First Officer of Template:Rmms.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Kapitän Downing for their services abord the RMMS Pequod Epsilon Capricorni and wish them all success in their future endeavors.
