To: All Tenth Fleet Personnel, and all personnel of the Grand Alliance
Sub: O-2 Promotion

Having met the necessary criteria and having sufficient time in grade for promotion, I hereby announce that as of March 31, 2017 the following officers have been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade:

  • Judy Harney, RMN 3647-16, HMS Revenge
  • Andrea Monticuem, RMN-3739-16, HMS Medusa

These officers are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard their assigned ships, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities assigned to them in the service of the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
