Sir William:I am pleased and proud to award you the Conspicuous Bravery Medal with the following citation: For Conspicuous Bravery while working with the TRMN Marksmanship Program, LCDR William Karnesky proved to be continuously/regularly very helpful in answering questions about the program, and has exceptionally helpful in that regard.) LCDR Karnesky regularly work with members of the FLA's staff over the past year, where he proved to be eager to be involved and to help out in any way he could. His being able to be available and answer question, especially when Staff members were unavailable, is greatly appreciated. LCDR Karnesky's actions and willingness to help bring credit to himself, his ship, and TRMN as a whole. Congratulations and well done!
