Tenth Fleet Order 1510-05 is a fleet order issued on 27 October 2015 by Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian, Baroness Fontana Flats, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order brevets Lieutenant (SG) Megan Davidson to Commander and appoints her Tenth Fleet Intelligence Officer.

TO: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps, Army, the Grayson Space Navy, and all Allied Forces.
From: Chrissy Killian, Commander 10th Fleet, Admiral of the Green, Baroness, Fontana Flats
Re: 10th Fleet Staff Promotion

By my authority as Commander 10th Fleet, I hereby grant the following promotion, effective as of October 27, 2015:

Lieutenant (SG) Megan Davidson to Commander and the 10th Intel Officer.

There in, Lieutenant Davidson, you are brevetted to Commander until such time you meet the requirements of said rank set by the Admiralty House.

This being done, Zach Perkins, who was our Intel Officer, is headed to Home Fleet. We wish him well. You will be missed. Thank you for your service to the 10th Fleet.
