Warrant Officer Rick Waterson,

You are hereby directed and required to report to my office to take on the role of Director of Development for the Bureau of Communications. Additionally, you are breveted to Chief Warrant Officer W-3 effective January 19, 2025. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The above orders are effective this date, 19 January 2025.
