The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years. The RMMC has grown from several hundred members to just under 800. Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, the First Corps Command Staff is hereby activated.
