Re:	Rescinding of FORCECOM Order 2203-B (FORCECOM Order 2203-C)

After consultation with the Office of the Fifth Space Lord, BuPers it was found that the Office of COMFORCECOM has exceeded its promotion authority under Corps Directive 03-1903. After stand up the authority of promotions and billet assignments is the MARDET or Echelon Commanders purview and not that of Marine Forces Command.

Therefor, the brevet promotion and billet assignment of First Lieutenant Gary Burns, RMMC is hereby rescinded.

The above effective this 21 March 2022.
