Re:	Establishment and Activation of the Sutherland Regiment (107RGT) (FORCECOM Order 2312-A)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following Regimental activation effective 13 December 2023.

Marine Forces Command hereby activates The Sutherland Regiment (107th RMMC Regiment), and places the following Marines in command:

Commanding Officer – Colonel Amanda Barrow, RMMC (RMN-3975-16)

Deputy Commanding Officer – Major Gary Burns, RMMC (RMN-5428-18)

Regimental Sergeant Major – Sergeant Major Ashleigh Zanardi, RMMC (RMN-5675-19)

I hereby authorize the following brevets.

Ashleigh Zanardi to Regimental Sergeant Major, E-10

The Sutherland Regiment is assigned to the 10th Expeditionary Force (10MEF).
