As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Debi J. Dreese-Hoch RMN-6247-20 to the position of Executive Assistant to the Home Office. Additionally, you are promoted to the Diplomatic Corps paygrade C9 (Embassy Staff).
Miss Dreese-Hoch you are hereby requested to report to the Home Office, Government House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your duties as Executive Assistant.
