Editing

Click Edit on any page to change it. Describe your change in the edit summary and save.
Practice in your user sandbox before editing live pages.
Wikitext basics: ''italic'', '''bold''', [[Page]] for a link, [[Page|label]] for a labelled link, and == Heading == for sections.

Building a page

Search for the title first to avoid duplicates.
Start with a bold lead sentence, add sections with headings, and finish with categories.
Match the conventions in the Manual of Style.

Links, categories, and images

Link generously to related pages; a red link marks a page that doesn't exist yet.
Add [[Category:Name]] at the foot of a page to file it.
Ask the Wiki Team about uploading images.

Templates

Templates such as {{Order info}} and {{News}} provide reusable formatting; see their template pages for usage.

Tenth Fleet Wiki namespace
