Superseded (Orders:BuShips Directive 1604-01) BuShips Directive 1511-09 was issued on 15 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Devastation.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 15, 2015, it is my duty to announce a change of command for HMS Devastation (DD-44), under the command of Lt. Commander Jacklyn Sullivan. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Norfolk, VA.
The new Bosun is CPO Megan Miranda
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
