Captain Brannan:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHNS Subutai (BC-5803), there to take
upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Capt. David Oliver
Kling, RHN, in service to the Republic. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above directive is effective on this date, 26 March 2026.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain David Oliver Kling,
RHN for their service as Commanding Officer of RHNS Subutai and wish them all success in their
future endeavors.
