Re: AOPA course recognition
BuTrain has taken over administration of the Aerospace Wings program, and as part of this the course requirements were formalized and updated, and now the external courses have BuTrain course numbers to match.

Members who have previously completed AOPA coursework that matches any of the courses on that list may submit their completion certificates to the instructor overseeing the program (acs-submission@trmn.org) and they will be credited on the members’ Medusa record.
Members who earned wings previously are grandfathered in at the level they already earned. However, if they wish to apply for an upgrade to their wings the full requirements of the current standards will need to be met.
