To: All Officers and Enlisted of the Civilian Space Services Academy and other academies and schools.

Re: Appointment of Merchant Fleet Academy Catering Instructor, Bill Rutledge

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Bill Rutledge RMN [RMN-7216-24] to the position of Catering Instructor at the Merchant Fleet Catering School of the Civilian Space Services Academy.

He is also promoted to the rank of Agent 2nd Class (C-05).

Agent Rutledge, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Civilian Space Services Academy, Manticore post haste to assume your duties as the MFA Catering Instructor.

You will report to the Rt. Hon. Peter Gold, Commandant, Civilian Space Services Academy.
