As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint <Name Removed> to the position of Chief of Staff – Regent.

Based on the requirements of the service for your new billet you are promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (O4), RMN
