Chief Helmsman @David Gunter , KDE , RMN (RMN-3791-16) of Saganami Island Technical Specialties School is hereby appointed to the position of IMNA Technical Specialties College Chief of Staff, and promoted to Lieutenant Commander (O-4), effective 05 November 2017.
