Colonel Martin R. Tizura, RMMC is hereby appointed Deputy Commanding Officer of 2nd Expeditionary Force, RMMC.
Sir, you are requested and required to report to Major General Brad A. Zeak Sr , RMMC , Commanding Officer 2nd EF posthaste.
I hereby authorize the following brevet under Corps Directive 02-2204 and Corps Directive 03-2204.
