- Spacer 2nd Class Matthew Pearson RMN-3708-16 to Spacer 1st Class (E-3)
- Spacer 2nd Class Emily Wagner RMN-2839-16 to Spacer 1st Class (E-3)
- Clerk Amy Victoria Wagstaff-Weston RMN-3973-16 to Senior Clerk (C-3)
