Re:	Ship's Order 1710-02

Having completed the requisite Time in Grade, Academic and Promotion Point requirements, the following personnel are promoted within the Service Branch as indicated:

• Spacer 2nd Class Kevin Mortimer GSN, Serial Number RMN-3634-16 to Spacer 1st Class GSN
• Sick Berth Attendant 2nd Class Angela Linley GSN, Serial Number RMN-4369-17 to Sick Berth Attendant 1st Class GSN

This order effective as of 0001 on the 14th of October, 2017.
