By my Authority as Commanding Officer, HMS Guadalcanal, the following crew, having completed all requirements in accordance with AO 1707-01 and having passed review by the appropriate promotion board(s), are hereby promoted, effective 26 April 2019.

SMCPON Christopher Baye extends his congratulations. and passes along: The ordinary Service-Path member is an important part of The Royal Manticoran Navy; advancement to Chief Petty Officer is a tangible recognition of the member's longevity and participation. All Chief Petty Officers are expected to set an example for their crewmates, be an active member of the ship's CPO Mess and support the efforts of the Command Triad and, in particular, the Bosun.
