Her Majesty's Naval Directive 2512-02 was issued December 2025 by AotF Michael Romero, First Space Lord. It declares MarsCon 2026 (16-18 January 2026, Virginia Beach, Virginia) a Grand Alliance Event, making participating TRMN personnel eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal.

HER MAJESTY'S NAVAL DIRECTIVE RMN-2512-02

GRAND ALLIANCE EVENT DECLARATION, MARSCON 2026

Members of the Grand Alliance,

Given its status as the First Space Lord's primary local convention and the sizeable TRMN presence there on an annual basis, MarsCon to be held from 16-18 January 2026 in Virginia Beach, Virginia is hereby declared a Grand Alliance Event. As such, any TRMN personnel participating in the event as described by PD-SC-1002 will be eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal.
