IAN-2511-01 APPOINTMENT OF 7TH FLEET KOMMANDANT was issued November 2025 by GdF Dietzmann. It directs Kapitän der Sterne Kaye Downing to proceed to the Seventh Naval District to take command as Commanding Officer and brevets her to the rank of Konteradmiral.

KdS Downing,

IAN-2511-01.01: You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Seventh Naval District, to take on the position of Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril.

IAN-2511-01.02 KdS Downing, by order of the Großadmiral der Flotte, you are brevetted to the rank of Konteradmiral (F-2), and hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.

IAN-2511-01.01: Sie werden angewiesen und aufgefordert, sich unverzüglich zum Hauptquartier des 7. Marinebezirks zu begeben, um dort die Position des Kommandanten zu übernehmen. Die Nichtbefolgung dieser Anweisung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.

IAN-2511-01.02 KdS Downing, auf Befehl des Großadmirals der Flotte werden Sie zum Konteradmiral (F-2) befördert und erhalten hiermit alle damit verbundenen Rechte und Privilegien.

Die oben genannte Anweisung tritt am 8. November 2025 in Kraft.
