Effective as of 0001 Hours (EDT) on March 21, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Eardsidh Kamerling (CL-717), This is a Kamerling Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Kennewick, WA.
As of this date, the new Commanding Officer for HMS Eardsidh Kamerling is:
