BuShips Directive 1311-04 was issued 8 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Excalibur (BC-749).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 8, 2013, it is my duty to announce the change of command and crew reassignments for HMS Excalibur, BC-749. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain, j.g. Mark Polanis, assigned as CO of HMS Excalibur
- Commander Joshua Bailey, assigned as XO of HMS Excalibur
- Chief Petty Officer Timothy Kincaid, assigned as Bosun of HMS Excalibur
The other crew of HMS Excalibur at this time are:
