Joshua Seth Kroot, RMN 6252-20 - Promotion

By my authority as Commanding Officer - Tenth Fleet, as defined in Admiralty Order 1701-04, having met the requirements of Time in Grade (TIG) and academics, and upon the strong recommendation of his chapter commanding officer, I hereby promote Ensign Joshua Seth Kroot - RMN 6252-20 to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade, with all the rights and responsibilities of said rank.

Given this 2nd Day of July, 2022 at BayCon 2022 in San Mateo, California.
