Unto All members of 10th Fleet, Allied Personnel, Treecats and civilains,

By the Authority given to my by AO 1507-04, I hereby promote the following Marines to 1st Lieutenant. The recommendations by Colonel Mike Houghtaling and Captain Theresa Kruger Hindle as well as their actions as on behalf of the Lynx Regiment have met Fleet and service requirements.
