Lt. Cmdr Rastislav Svarba:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Homer (BC-315), there to take
upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Commander Jan
Krátký, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to O-5
Commander, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 12 April 2026.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Commander Jan Krátký, RMN
for their service as Executive Officer of HMS Homer and wish them all success in their future
endeavors.
