Re: Resignation of Mannheim University Staffer

It is with great appreciation, and admittedly with some delay, that this order announces the resignation of Col. Larry French Sr., GCE, SC, OG, CGM from his positions in the Grand Alliance University System's Mannheim University. Those positions being Head of the History Department and History of the 20th Century Instructor.

He continues to serve BuTrain through the Grand Alliance Naval Academy, and we wish him luck there and with any other endeavour he sets his hand to.

This resignation is effective October 23, 2023.
