As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain Martin Tizura to the position of Staff Communications Officer, COMFORCECOM, RMMC.

Captain Tizura is breveted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (O-5)

Lieutenant Colonel Tizura, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Staff Communications Officer, COMFORCECOM, RMMC.
