By my hand and the authority vested in me as Commanding Officer, HMS Thunderer, I, Captain (SG) Sir Sherman Day, KSK, hereby make the following announcement:

Attention to Orders:

In accordance with, and by order of, PD-SC-1004, the following crewmember is hereby promoted, having attained the required Time-in-Grade and Promotion Points allowing for such promotions.
