Tenth Fleet Order 1707-02 is a fleet order issued on 3 July 2017 by Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian, Countess of Fontana Flats, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. To: All Tenth Fleet Personnel, and all personnel of the Grand Alliance
Sub: Prisoner of War Medal

While on a diplomatic mission, Amanda Barrow was temporarily taken prisoner by a group that called themselves STARFLEET. She was able to successful able to gain her freedom and hopefully we have the start of diplomatic relations with STARFLEET.

For her outstanding action, Amanda Barrows, RMN-3975-16 is awarded the Prisoner of War Medal.
