PD-FLA-003 — Logical Access (version 1.0) is a policy document of the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty, created 6 September 2019. It describes how TRMN secures data and documents from unauthorized use or damage.

1. Objective

The purpose of this procedure is to describe how The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN) secures data and documents from unauthorized use or damage.

2. Scope

This procedure applies to all electronic environments controlled by TRMN. This procedure does not apply to facilities maintained by TRMN vendors.

The roles described in the Procedure section, below, are accountable for their assigned steps. Delegation to a qualified resource is permissible, but the role named below remains accountable.

6.1. Logical Access

Function/Role	Task
MEDUSA and/or Wikia Administrator	Ensures that access to electronic repositories, including MEDUSA and the back-end of the Wikia, is appropriately restricted to authorized users and that a list of authorized users for each system controlled by the MEDUSA and/or Wikia Administrator is maintained by BuPers.
Royal Council member and/or Space Lord	Ensures system-specific access form is completed and routed to the MEDUSA and/or Wikia Administrator. Determines appropriate Level(s) of access
MEDUSA and/or Wikia Administrator	Grants appropriate access to user upon receipt of a system-specific access form containing appropriate approvals. When an TRMN Members resigns from TRMN or is otherwise removed, ensures that electronic access to any shared drives or systems is promptly deactivated. Maintains the access forms in a secure repository.
