TRMN Information
This award is given to recognize members who have rendered exceptional service to a particular unit by performing a particular task or service to a high standard of excellence. Such accomplishment should be of extra-unit significance and affect or reflect favorably on the unit as a whole. It is usually awarded to those serving in leadership positions although this may not need to be the case. The issuing authority may consult with the next higher authority if there is a question.[2]
