Stores structured metadata for the auto-generated order/directive index tables (the order listings are built by DPL4 which reads these fields). Place near the top of an order page.

• status — Active (default) / Superseded / Rescinded / Amended
• by — the superseding/rescinding order (link), if any

Renders nothing on the page except a maintenance category when the status is not Active.
