Sir James:
Effective at 0001 on 28 April 2019, being understrength, Battlecruiser Squadron 96 is to stand down all present assignments and/or missions and is subsequently ordered to deactivate as an echelon force within Tenth Fleet.
The Office of the First Space Lord thanks Sir James for his leadership and services rendered to an historic echelon within Tenth Fleet. BatCruRon 96 shall be remembered for its accomplishments and achievements to Tenth Fleet and the Royal Manticoran Navy.
BatCruRon 96's legacy shall continue as Battlecruiser Division 961 will remain in activation under CAPTJG Mir Plemmons' leadership.
