As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint John Debnam to the position of Staff Intelligence Officer Office of the Commandant RMMC. John Debnam you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore post haste where you will assume the office of Staff Intelligence Officer Office of the Commandant RMMC. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Colonel.
