Re: (AD RMA-2510-05) RMA Q3 Awards

The following personnel are hereby recognized for their exceptional service and contributions to The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.

Manticore Medal

Recipient: FM Robert Jackson, RMN-0073-10

Citation:

Field Marshal @Robert Jackson has taken charge of the Special Intelligence Service, developing DELPHI and expertly role-playing the cloak-and-dagger aspects of the intelligence community. He has been an outspoken advocate for civilian members and their freedom to explore and define their own paths within the organization.

The recipient is entitled to the post-nominal letters “MM.”

Medal of Gallantry

Recipient: MAJ David Bozeman, RMN-6691-21

Citation:

Major Bozeman has demonstrated outstanding initiative and leadership in commissioning a new chapter. Even as the newest Chapter Commanding Officer in the Royal Manticoran Army, in his first year commanding the Black Marsh Lancers, Major Bozeman has led the unit to become one of the highest-achieving chapters—not only within the Royal Manticoran Army but across the entire TRMN organization.

His leadership has guided the Lancers to earn nearly all of the Grand Alliance Unit Excellence Program letters and to consistently place among the top three TRMN chapters in organizational challenges. Under his command, the chapter has become one of the most active and motivated in TRMN, attracting recruits and members from multiple branches and serving as a shining example of what an energetic, engaged chapter can accomplish.

The recipient is entitled to the post-nominal letters “MG.”

Conspicuous Gallantry Medal

Recipient: 1LT Marty Byers, RMN-4644-17

Citation:

First Lieutenant @Marty Byers distinguished himself through exceptional dedication and service in planning and executing TRMN operations at Convergence 2025. As a member of the core planning team, he devoted countless hours—often eight to ten hours per session—collaborating through online meetings to organize the TRMN party room and fan table operations. His leadership in logistics, setup, scheduling, and coordination was instrumental to the event’s success.

Lieutenant Byers personally designed and implemented interactive fan table games such as Sharpshooter and Docking Procedure, investing significant personal time and resources without seeking assistance or reimbursement. He staffed the table each day with enthusiasm, promoting TRMN’s mission and engaging attendees with knowledge and humor.

The success of TRMN’s presence at Convergence 2025 is a direct result of Lieutenant Byers’ tireless efforts and unwavering commitment. His performance went far above and beyond expectations and exemplifies the spirit of service and gallantry recognized by this award.

The recipient is entitled to the post-nominal letters “CGM.”

Recipient: CAPT Marcus Easterly, RMN-3605-16

He enhanced the Prime Minister’s effectiveness by securing and delivering essential materials for official correspondence, ensuring his comfort with timely refreshments, and arranging accessible seating at events to facilitate safe and efficient participation.

Captain @Marcus Easterly ’s vigilance, initiative, and devotion to duty enabled the Prime Minister to conduct official business while fully engaging with colleagues, friends, and admirers.
