Re: (AD RMA-2510-04) Combat Infantry Badge - Byers

It is my distinct honor to announce that 1st Lieutenant @Marty Byers (RMN-4644-17) has been officially awarded the Combat Infantry Badge (CIB), effective 19 October 2025.

Lieutenant Byers has met and exceeded the requirements outlined in Army Directive 2111-05, demonstrating exemplary dedication to marksmanship, charity, academic advancement, and participation in key TRMN events and campaigns.
