To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps, Army and the Grayson Space Navy, and Allied Forces. From: Admiral of the Green, Chrissy Killian Commanding Officer 10th Fleet Re: Appointment of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer - Tenth Fleet - Talbott As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint CPO Micheal D Garcia to the position of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer on the Staff of Commander Tenth Fleet. CPO Garcia you are here by brevetted to the rank of Senior Master Chief and are to report to the Fleet Headquarters for your Initial briefing and assume your duties as FSMCOP while still maintaining duties on the HMS Artemis.
