Re: 10th Fleet Bosun

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, it is my pleasure to announce that Neil Davis has been selected for the position of 10th Fleet Master Chief Petty Officer.

Neil Davis is hereby brevetted to Senior Master Chief Petty Officer.

Congratulations to Neil and a thank you to all members who submitted interest. You are the best part of RMN!
