Master Chief Petty Officer Regina:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Penelope (BC-585), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Penelope (BC-585), there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
Oberbootsman Nisha Zoeller, RMN (RMN-6254-20), is assigned as Bosun.
Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:
MCPO Kate Regina to O-6a Captain Junior Grade, RMN, in service of the Crown. OB Nisha Zoeller to E-8 Hauptbootsmann, IAN, in service to the Empire.
The above directive is effective on this date, 3 October 2025.
