Tenth Fleet Order 1602-01 is a fleet order issued on 28 February 2016 by Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian, Baroness Fontana Flats, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order awards the Prisoner of War Medal to PFC Tom Hesser for attending a Star Trek club meeting in his RMMC beret.

From: Admiral of the Green, Chrissy Killian, Commanding Officer 10th Fleet

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby award PFC Tom Hesser the Prisoner of War Medal. He bravely attended the December meeting of the Star Trek club, Loma Prieta and was captured while wearing his RMMC beret.

Congratulations to PFC Hesser for his actions.
