By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby award the following members of the Prisoner of War Medal:

  • Captain Erik Roberts
  • 2Lt Tom Hesser
  • Chief Coxwain Edward O'Connor
  • PVT Ramon Yvarra
  • PVT Jon Sung

They bravely attended events of the USS Loma Prieta wearing TRMN berets and patches.
