Sub: Navy Commendation Medal

I hereby award the Navy Commendation Medal to the Joseph Harney, RMN for an outstanding job in the Reconnaissance Challenge, the second challenge in the Black Sphinx Challenge. This award was recommended by crew of the HMS Revenge for his hard work during the last challenge.
