Having met the necessary criteria and having sufficient time in grade for promotion, I hereby announce that as of September 28, 2017, King James Bello, RMN 4226-16, from the MARDET Revenge, has been promoted to the rank of First Lieutenant.

First Lieutenant Bello, you are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard the MARDET Revenge to take upon the duties and responsibilities assigned to you in the service to the Crown.
