Having met the necessary criteria and having sufficient time in grade for promotion, I hereby announce that as of December 11, 2017, Andrea Austin, RMN 4126-16, of the GSN Randolph Candless, has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, JG.

Lt, jg, Austin, you are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard the GNS Randolph Candless to take upon the duties and responsibilities assigned to you in the service to the Crown.
