Order Text

RE: Queen's Bravery Medal

Unto all members of the Grand Alliance, Service Members, Civilians, and Treecats, let it be known that the following individual is deserving of reward and recognition. Multiple members have recommended him for award, and the most telling is from his Squadron CO, which is as follows:

"He built up both the main crew manifest as well as building an active MarDet, turning borderline members into strong upstanding members. He has provided stable leadership in a remote location, and has driven over 3,000 miles in the last year to support is crew, BatCruDiv 962. BatCruRon 96, Tenth Fleet and TRMN in general. His operating philosophy is "Can Do", and it shows."

In that spirit, we are happy to present Captain JG Edward Newton with the Queen's Bravery Medal, which carry the post nominal letters "QBM", to be displayed as the honor that he truly deserves.

Three Cheers!

In Service to the Crown and Members of the Grand Alliance,

James Jones, GCE, CR, SC
Rear Admiral, RMN
Commanding Officer, Talbott Station/10th Fleet
